Hello everyone,
I’ve recently built a home gym, filling my basement with equipment, weights, and other cool things.
The benefits are clear:
I don’t have to travel to and from the gym, saving traveling time.
I don’t have to share equipment.
I have complete privacy.
I can work out anytime, whether in the early morning, late afternoon, or midnight.
Although the home gym building was far from inexpensive, I still have the equipment I need.
What I’ve purchased so far includes:
I’m also using Fitbod to navigate the best ways to utilize my equipment.
Lastly, I will clean up the home gym as I use it more and more. There are a few cobwebs and chipped paint in the basement. I also want to get a bike or something for cardio, so I don’t have to jog out in the cold.
Either way, building a home gym will give you access to a stronger body, a sharper mind, and a cleaner soul.

Self-improvement is a key theme in Momma’s Old School Burgers. My webcomic is about individuals seeking their best selves. Through their struggles, they overcome past traumas and settle present demons.
